RV sites within the Pine Forest
We were fortunate to have this site in early June, without neighbors. Amenities electric and water, no sewer or slab. Sites are spacious and relatively level. Filtered sunlight... perfect Not much TV...perfect
road spillway
A freshwater stream flows into the small lake at the State Park. This spillway flows into the lake from the West. A nearby sign designates the 'border' between Alabama and Florida

Tables, shelter, playground, and disposal containers allow for FULL family or group get-togethers.

Canadian geese
A mating pair of Canadian geese are meandering in the sunlit afternoon during spring season.
CCC Chimney
The CCC's had a camp building adjacent to this site, which housed the construction crews while they developed this State Park.
CCC Goldfish Pond
During the late 1930's the Civilian Conservation Corps assisted in the development of this State Park

Dogwood flowers
The flowering dogwoods are in full bloom during April. Wonderful to see an entire tree in full bloom.... ahhh, the aroma.
