Back at Walnut Log...before going up on the viewing tower...it was a very cold day...getting close to dusk.

On my way to the Airpark Inn, this was taken from my truck window...I saw the white heron in this little slough and passed it up...then I decided to back up to take its picture and just as I was getting ready to press the shutter button the blue heron flew into the frame. Was glad to get this one.
