June 7 A very nice old fashioned state park by Old fat camper
Best part is the people. Helpful, friendly down to Earth folks. Campsites are OK---nothing more. I have always wanted to give it a try since my name is Tomlinson.
September 8 Out of Town Guest by Leslie from Pa
My husband and I are from Pennsylvania, and we frequent the area attractions in West Vrginia, we always make a point to visit Tomlinson State Park. So much to do. We often enjoy Hiking, paddle boating, and miniature golf. The staff members are always pleasant. On the off season at the park, we relax at the picnic area and enjoy a meal. A relaxing place to visit.
September 21 Hidden Treasure by Bill Owings
I grew up in New Manchester and spent my youth in TRSP. Every time I visit my folks (still residents), I take some time to hike a trail or two and discover some of the things I may have overlooked as a kid. The park is always very clean and it allows for a great deal of solitude. I would give anything to have this beautiful place a few steps from my back door today.
