In 2013, I sat at a picnic table while my husband snorkeled.A gentleman was burying a coconut and I said hello. He said it would make nice shade some day and asked where we were from. He introduced himself as John Lydgate and that he looked after the beach and organized clean ups. Meeting him was a highlight of our visit to the islands! Mahalo
