Indian Painted Rocks State Park is located near Selah, Wapato and Yakima

Trails
1. Indian Painted Rocks Loop Trail: This is a 2.6-mile moderately trafficked loop trail that features beautiful wildflowers and offers several activity options.

2. Little Spokane River Natural Area - Knothead Loop: A challenging, yet rewarding hike of approximately 7 miles round trip with an elevation gain of about 800 feet offering stunning views over the river valley below.

3. Riverside State Park Trail System: An extensive network connecting to Indian Painted Rocks featuring trails for all skill levels ranging from easy strolls along flat terrain to more strenuous hikes up steep inclines.

4. Deep Creek Canyon Hike: Approximately four miles long, this out-and-back trail takes hikers through lush forests alongside a creek bed leading towards scenic canyon overlooks.
