There is also a boat launch site at Little Stony Point for those who have their own watercrafts. However, it's important to note that motorized boats may face restrictions due to environmental protection rules within certain areas of the park.
Fishing
Anglers can enjoy freshwater fishing in various bodies of water. Species include largemouth bass, smallmouth bass and chain pickerel.

Saltwater species like striped bass, bluefish and flounder are available for catch along the Hudson River shoreline.

Ice fishing is also an option during winter months with a variety of fish such as perch or walleye to be caught.

Remember that all anglers aged 16 years old above need a New York State Fishing License.
