Finley Point is located in a secluded, mature pine forest near the south end of Flathead Lake. Finley Point offers 16 sites with fire ring and grills, campfire wood, utilities, boat slips, boat mooring, boat sewage dump, picnic tables, trash cans, drinking water, and a golf course. There are three museums nearby in Polson. The site is disabled accessible, has vault toilets and 4 tent spaces. The elevation is 2,895 feet and includes 24 acres of land. RV/trailer size is limited to 40 feet in length, and a joint state/tribal fishing license is needed for fishing at this park. Deer are often seen in winter but move to higher ground during the summer months. The kokanee salmon and lake trout fishing off Finley Point is often excellent.

September 30 Pretty nice overall by rvnut

September 29 Along the Finley Point! by wagonfullofflowers
park review stars; one to five This place sticks out into the Flathead lake. I wish it was larger for it is a nice place, but does have its limits for camping and parking. Yet I will say it is a beautiful place to sit and ponder!
May 28 They Paved Over Paradise by azyeti
park review stars; one to five When our children were young my brothers and sisters would meet at Finely Point, coming together from various states. Our children loved camping right on the lake. Now it is all gone . . . it looks like a parking lot. Even the shoreline is gone. We camp at Big Arm now, with our children and grandchildren, but it is not as nice as Finely Point used to be.
