Bicycling
Biking is allowed on paved roads within the park. However, be aware that these are shared with motor vehicles.

Be cautious of pedestrians, especially near beach areas where foot traffic can be heavy during summer months.

Remember helmets are mandatory for riders 16 years old or younger in Massachusetts; it's recommended for all ages though.

Cycling at night requires lights - a white light visible from 500 feet ahead and red one seen from 600 feet behind.

Always follow posted speed limits while cycling as they're enforced by law enforcement officials present in the area.
