February 12 Childhood memory by Charlotte

I picnicked in this park about 55 years ago at a family reunion. Even as a young teenager I was impressed by the massive pine trees. It was absolutely lovely. I only wish my health allowed me to return, but at least I have my memories to treasure. This park is a must see. Make the effort. It .is well worth it.

June 10 Great place for a day trip by Ken Baker

Small park takes several hours to walk all of the trails. The virgin timber is majestic. I live 75 miles away and have been there numerous times.
