Bull's Island Recreation Area comprises a portion of a small forested island surrounded by the Delaware River and the Delaware & Raritan Canal. A trail along the towpath of the canal reveals a lowland floodplain forest dominated by sycamore, silver maple and tulip poplar. Several rare plant species are found in this natural area.
Camping
Camping is no longer permitted at Bulls Island.

park review stars; one to five Why does the park cater to Deleware River tubing? A compnay that made 2.2M using the ramps and blocking the access areas with their busses? Why not expand the parking so all can use the river and not just corporations!
